Job Description Summary:
Draper is seeking a Senior ERP Software Developer to help streamline enterprise operations by integrating data across multiple ERP systems. In the role, you'll design and deliver solutions that reduce errors, improve efficiency, and enable smarter decision making across the Operations organization.
The Day-To-Day:
Design, develop, test and deploy new features for internally developed ERP integrated applications.
Enhance existing client server and web-based applications, ensuring a user friendly, intuitive experience.
Partner with end users to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Collaborate with ERP developers to optimize functionality, usability, and data accuracy across multiple systems.
Use Agile methodologies and JIRA to manage and track development work.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise applications.
Write effective, scalable, and reliable C# code for enterprise applications.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of software development experience with focus on enterprise systems.
Strong proficiency in C#.Net and proven experience developing client-server and web applications
Experience with HTML, JavaScript and modern web frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, ASP.NET, XML)
Solid background in relation databases (SQL) and ORM frameworks
Familiarity with CMS frameworks (DotNetNuke)
Strong foundation in OOD and software design principles.
Experience with web services development (SOAP, REST)
ERP integration experience (EPICOR, PeopleSoft) is a strong plus.
Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities
Design workflows, craft dashboards or queries, and maintain the ERP System.
Write code for integration of complex enterprise software solutions.
Identify customization, interface, report, and conversion requirements.
Assist with the creation of test scenarios/scripts, coordinate testing efforts.
Participates in testing of designed solution and verify/validate results.
Assist with the creation and delivery of end-user training.
Provides initial post implementation support to end users on production system.
Coordinate with other resources to identify, document, resolve issues and assist with data mapping and validation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities
Skilled as a SQL Database developer/.NET solution architect.
Strong understanding of materials, logistics, and purchasing workflows.
Solid understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of coding languages and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related. A Master's is preferred.
Experience
Requires 7-10 years ERP solutions support and development, or related role developing data integration solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$82,300.00 - $205,750.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
