Job Summary:

• The Architect role involves designing and implementing robust data models to support business objectives. With a focus on data modeling and ERWin, the candidate will ensure data integrity and optimize data structures for efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive data models that align with business requirements and objectives.
• Implement data modeling techniques to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• Utilize ERWin to create and maintain data models, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. Optimize data structures to improve performance and scalability of data systems.
• Provide guidance and expertise in data modeling best practices to team members.
• Analyze existing data models and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop documentation for data models, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate data model performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards in all data modeling activities.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data models into existing systems and processes.
• Contribute to the development of data strategy and architecture to support long-term business goals.
• Good to have Insurance domain knowledge.
• Good to have FineOS application knowledge.

• Possess strong expertise in data modeling techniques and methodologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using ERWin for data modeling tasks.
• Have a solid understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
