Role: Microsoft Defender SME

Location: Multiple locations (Onsite)

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and Microsoft security tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender products like Defender for Endpoint Defender for Office 365 and other related technologies. Experience with security operations, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is preferred. Knowledge of network protocols and security practices. Familiarity with cloud computing environments (eg, Azure, AWS) is required.
• Familiarity with Endpoint technologies platforms, architectures and their deployment strategies. Experience in Deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Defender platform. Experience in Migrating On-prem Symantec Endpoints or similar technologies to MS Defender Configuring endpoint security policies, configurations, and compliance controls to ensure robust endpoint protection
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: AZ-500/MS-500, SC-100, SC-300 etc. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in relevant areas
• Maintain documentation for security policies, configurations, and procedures, and report on security performance metrics.
