Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaign data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and channel effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement plans
  • Support A/B and personalization testing strategies
  • Build customer segmentation and predictive models
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Assist with forecasting, budget allocation, and ROI analysis
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving through data
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels (email, paid media, direct mail, web)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM/CDP platforms, and statistical tools (R, Python, Databricks)

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics (preferably in subscription-based or consumer services)
  • 3+ years in digital reporting and visualization tools
  • 3+ years in A/B and personalization testing (Adobe Target, Google Optimize, etc.)
  • 3+ years in eCommerce analytics
  • 3+ years working with clickstream data in data warehouses (BigQuery, AWS, Snowflake)

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
