Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultant to internal business partners regarding technology and process solutions.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of viable technology solutions by collaborating with teammates, IT groups, external service providers, and business partners.
- Provide guidance on available technologies to address complex requirements.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to implement new systems and modify existing systems.
- Lead and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Analyze, document, and deconstruct systems, problems, processes, and business needs.
- Define business requirements and test cases using structured methodologies.
- Document business requirements, test cases, use cases, and design thinking exercises.
- Provide written and verbal updates on projects and solutions to IT and business management.
- Develop and deliver training on new or revised system functionality to educate users and support personnel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Prior experience with vendor implementations and developing specifications from business requirements.
- Ability to write scripts and understanding of .NET technologies.
- Structured and methodical approach to system requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, documentation, and testing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED/Equivalency.
- Experience in IT, business/technology consulting, or utility business groups is preferred.
- Knowledge of the power industry and interest in renewable energy sources is a plus.
