Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Systems Engineers and at least zero to three years of related work experience. Agile experience preferred.
Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems you'll rotate across several cross functional teams within Bloomington, Minnesota and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Land & Airborne Systems including Embedded Systems and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical master's degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.
