Pay: $50 to $60/hour

Experience: 2 years of relevant technical experience in lock and key systems.

Education: High school diploma.

Type: Long Term Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Conde Group is seeking a Physical Security Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team! The Physical Security Lock & Key Administrator is responsible for supporting the deployment as well as maintenance and testing of various lock & key systems. The successful candidate will ensure master key system platforms are accurately reporting and properly configured/programmed, and work with internal/external Stakeholders to ensure security systems are functioning as required.

Job Description:

  • Provide project support in deploying smart key and traditional brass key systems.
  • Maintain accurate master key system records, including key combinations and associated facilities.
  • Manage databases that track the issuance and return of all key assets.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on the status and security of lock and key systems, including incidents and compliance concerns.
  • Ensure alignment with all PG&E security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct annual audits of internal and external partners with elevated access levels.
  • Process and track bulk material requests for restricted locks and keys.
  • Maintain inventory of locks, keys, and associated hardware; ensure records are current and accurate.
  • Coordinate locksmith services and manage vendor authorizations for restricted products.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and improve high-security key system efficiencies.
  • Support the full lifecycle of key management products from research and planning through implementation and retirement.
  • Partner with project teams to maximize existing technology and optimize resource allocation.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on master key systems, demonstrating full technical competence.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu 21.
  • Experience in Access Control Technologies and physical security system design, installation, or configuration.
  • Valid California Driver s License and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) certification.
  • Ability to obtain NERC/CIP clearance.
  • Strong understanding of physical security operations and challenges.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for metrics reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with key management software systems.
