My client is hiring for a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst located in Wayne, NJ


Base salary up to $115k


Hybrid role - 3 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:



  • System Enhancement: Analyzing sales system needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring our CRM remains optimized.

  • Vendor Coordination: Working closely with vendors and developers to monitor progress and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Training & Documentation: Creating effective training materials and evaluating their effectiveness.

  • Platform Mastery: Managing CRM customization and administration for smooth operation.

  • Second Level Support: Resolving service requests within SLA and documenting system bugs.


Requirements:



  • Based in New Jersey

  • Experience working cross-functionally with a Sales team.

  • 3+ years of CRM experience, primarily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps.

  • Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments.

  • Proficiency in SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

  • Experience in conceptual architecture design and technical solutions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team on large, complex technology projects.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience gathering requirements and writing Functional Specifications.

  • Well-organized and analytical with an ability to adapt quickly.

  • Eager for continuous learning opportunities.
