My client is hiring for a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst located in Wayne, NJ
Base salary up to $115k
Hybrid role - 3 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:
- System Enhancement: Analyzing sales system needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring our CRM remains optimized.
- Vendor Coordination: Working closely with vendors and developers to monitor progress and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Training & Documentation: Creating effective training materials and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Platform Mastery: Managing CRM customization and administration for smooth operation.
- Second Level Support: Resolving service requests within SLA and documenting system bugs.
Requirements:
- Based in New Jersey
- Experience working cross-functionally with a Sales team.
- 3+ years of CRM experience, primarily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps.
- Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience in conceptual architecture design and technical solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team on large, complex technology projects.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and writing Functional Specifications.
- Well-organized and analytical with an ability to adapt quickly.
