Neos is seeking an Organizational Change Manager with our state client in South Austin. This position is 100% onsite.
Position Overview
TxDOT s Information Technology Division is seeking an OCM Analyst II to support the implementation and oversight of cybersecurity measures and information security processes in alignment with the NIST Risk Management Framework and Texas state security frameworks. This role will assist in safeguarding information systems and ensuring business continuity for mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation and management the TxDOT Secure System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Assists in the coordination of the implementation of system security plans with agency personnel and outside vendors.
- Confers with users to discuss issues such as account permission and data access needs, security violations, and programming changes.
- Adhere to plans that safeguard information systems from accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs.
- Participates in the development of information technology disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Performs and reviews technical security assessments and reviews of new and existing applications and systems, including data center physical security and environment.
- Performs related work as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree
- 4 7 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with standard industry concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Creative problem-solving and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate of ISC designation
- CompTIA Security+ certification
