A hospital that is part of a comprehensive network of health care services in lower Westchester is currently seeking a Laboratory Information System Coordinator!
About the Opportunity
- Location: Westchester, NY

- Hours: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
The Laboratory Information System Coordinator will:
- Provide on-going support of the LIS and pathology systems and related modules, including system maintenance, functionality, test dictionaries, and interfaces
- Act as liaison between the Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and all other departments for LIS-related activities Work to ensure compliance
- Gather, compile, model and validate quality and utilization data to develop statistical reports
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum five years related experience in general laboratory operations is required
