Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to solve complex business problems using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions

  • Work with structured and unstructured data to extract insights

  • Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production

  • Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time

  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices

  • Document model architectures, workflows, and results

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Python

  • Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, Computer Vision)

  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment

  • Experience with Git and version control tools

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision

  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)

  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
