Overview


We are seeking motivated developers at multiple levels (Associate, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President) to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications with a focus on cloud-native, full-stack, and big data solutions.


Our environment leverages Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) extensively, including services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, DataProc, Kubernetes (GKE), and PostgreSQL. You'll contribute to backend, UI, and data engineering components, while ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and production-ready solutions.


What You'll Do



  • Develop and deliver high-quality, defect-free code for assigned user stories

  • Work within Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning and daily standups

  • Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) for clear, testable code

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous delivery and production stability

  • Automate repetitive tasks and optimize processes for efficiency

  • Collaborate with distributed teams to design and implement scalable solutions

  • (For senior roles) Mentor junior developers, establish design patterns, and drive end-to-end solution design

  • Participate in the "build it, own it" model - taking accountability for applications from design through production support


Skills You'll Need



  • Strong hands-on expertise in:


    • Core and advanced Java

    • Spring / Spring Boot

    • Hibernate and REST-based web services

    • SQL/Oracle, PostgreSQL

    • Unix, Shell scripting, Queues (messaging systems)


  • Experience with cloud-native development (Terraform, Google Cloud Platform services, Kubernetes, Docker)

  • Exposure to big data solutions (Apache Beam or similar frameworks)

  • Strong design and development skills for microservices and cloud-native applications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a proactive problem-solving mindset


Skills That Will Help You Excel



  • UI/Full-Stack exposure (Angular or React)

  • Experience in accounting/finance domain (preferred but not required)

  • Resilient, adaptable, and self-driven with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
