Hi,
Title: AI/ML Full Stack Engineer Location: New York City, New York Duration: Long-term
Required:
- Proven experience with prompt design and chatbot implementations; deploying LLM-based NLP solutions in production.
- Strong background in cloud-based AI/ML deployment, data processing, and scalable architectures.
- Experience with MLOps practices, model serving, and infra-as-code.
- Proficiency with agentic AI concepts, LLM orchestration, and agent frameworks.
- Comfort communicating with leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Ensure robust MLOps practices: CI/CD, version control, monitoring, logging, alerting, testing, and governance.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services (AWS preferred): ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Step Functions, SageMaker; IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Functionally handle model fine-tuning (DPO, RLHF) and evaluation; aware of open-source and commercial LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, Claude).
- Build and maintain large-scale Python applications; experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow; proficient in Python, with exposure to C/C++, Go, Java, and Spark.
- Develop data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data; implement NLP integrations and agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen).
