Job Details
- Benchling application support experience, along with GxP background, CSV experience will be added advantage.
- Provide first-line application support for Benchling users, resolving technical and functional issues.
- Troubleshoot errors across Benchling modules including Notebook, Registry, Inventory, and Workflows.
- Escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams with clear documentation.
- Support deployments and usage in validated GxP environments .
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and EMA regulatory guidelines.
- Follow SOPs, validation protocols, and change control procedures for updates and configurations.
- Assist with Computer System Validation (CSV) efforts and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Log incidents and manage support tickets using tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
- Document resolution paths and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
- Onboard and train new users in GxP-compliant Benchling workflows.
- Collaborate with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant system use.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features or validated changes.
- Capture and relay customer feedback to improve platform functionality and support processes.
