Maximo Lead Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maximo Lead Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Maximo systems to meet our clients' specific requirements while ensuring system optimization, performance, and integration with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end Maximo solutions, including subsystems, in collaboration with technical domain groups.

- Engage in internal contract management, provide project status updates, and represent IT interests to external customers.

- Collaborate with clients to define the vision for their Maximo solutions, implementing best practices and new technologies.

- Provide support and maintenance for Maximo applications, ensuring stable platforms for operations.

- Assist with data implementation, collection, incident resolution, report generation, and daily client support.

- Drive continuous improvement in functionality, reliability, availability, performance, stability, sustainability, and security of both applications.

- Stay informed about latest releases, updates, and industry trends for Maximo.

- Develop and deliver training programs, participate in system upgrades, patches, migrations, and validate deliverable products.

- Support a broad range of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, inventory control, demand planning, forecasting, MRP, and more.

- Configure Maximo modules, oversee customizations, build reports, and assist with project and test planning.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- ship with eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance.

- Effective communication, excellent interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills.

- Strong planning and organizational abilities.

- Expert knowledge of Maximo (at least versions 7.6 and familiarity MAS8 and all core modules and application functions

- 8 years of Maximo, or related development experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience with Maximo MAS8, Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Containerization.

- Experience with server maintenance, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure, multi-factor authentication, Oracle databases, and registry editing.

- Maximo application certifications.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SQL, PL/SQL, and document management.

- Demonstrated supply chain knowledge, software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, data migration, and process design experience.

- Strong customer service skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and team-oriented mindset.

- Telework position with occasional travel (up to 25%).

Preferred but not required additional skills: IFS

This role is tailored for a seasoned professional who is proficient in Maximo systems, with a strong background in systems engineering and business systems analysis, particularly within the supply chain domain. The ability to multitask, work in a dynamic environment, and adapt to new systems and business processes is essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, possess excellent time management skills, and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
