Title: Infor Specialist

Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Infor HR, Payroll, and Talent Management modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and reports in line with HR policies and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for end-users of Infor HR solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform system testing, integration, and updates during new releases or patches.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Stay current with Infor product updates, industry best practices, and HR technology trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with Infor HR, Payroll, and Talent Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll administration, and talent management practices.
  • Technical skills in system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Infor Certification(s) in HR or Payroll modules.
  • HR or Payroll relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
