About the Role

We re seeking a highly experienced ArcGIS engineer and developer with strong fullstack development skills and deep expertise building enterprisegrade mapping applications using the ArcGIS JavaScript API (4.x). You will lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced geospatial solutions, integrate deeply with ArcGIS Enterprise/Online, and provide technical leadership across GIS initiatives. (Focus includes the public safety market)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in GIS application development.
  • Expertlevel proficiency in ArcGIS JavaScript API (4.x) and ArcGIS REST APIs.
  • Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server.
  • Handson experience publishing Feature/Map/Geoprocessing services.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and/or Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS Python API).
  • Experience with geodatabases (File GDB, Enterprise GDB/SDE) and spatial indexing.
  • Solid understanding of spatial data formats (Shapefile, GeoJSON, raster).
  • Experience with ETL tools (ArcPy, ArcGIS Python API, GDAL/OGR).
  • Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD is a plus.
  • Familiarity with 3D GIS, vector tiles, or realtime GIS is preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master s or GISP preferred).
  • Familiarity with spatial databases (PostGIS, SQL Server, Oracle Spatial) and coordinate systems/projections.
