Job Details

Join our team as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer and play a pivotal role in understanding customer behavior to guide business strategy. You'll collaborate with top-tier marketing and technology teams to deliver actionable insights from one of the world's largest datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze program features and marketing content for customer engagement and retention metrics
  • Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports on program health
  • Address urgent inquiries from business leaders regarding customer behavior patterns
  • Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to identify customer trends
  • Engage in strategic planning discussions to drive business success

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience with complex, large-scale datasets
  • Proficient in SQL and analytical problem-solving
  • Strong foundation in statistics and programming
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAS
  • Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • Background in marketing
