Overview: We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Consultant to join our Operations team at Client. This role is remote, offering flexibility within business hours (8-5), and presents an opportunity to drive impactful process improvements, change management initiatives, and data-driven analysis aimed at enhancing organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate complex Process Improvement Workshops and Root Cause Analysis meetings.
- Drive Incident Management activities and support Operational Excellence work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop KPIs for operational scorecards.
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners and leaders, acting as a change agent to drive positive business outcomes.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Present business results to cross-functional leadership teams and quantify cost-benefit measures for process redesign.
