Stratus Program Manager

As the Program Manager for Stratus, you will lead the nationwide adoption and advancement of a mission-critical technology platform that transforms fabrication and manufacturing workflows. Our client is seeking a strategic leader who can drive program success, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable impact through operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide standards, optimize workflows, and shape the future of fabrication-first practices across a growing organization.

Location:

Local remote with preference near a major office (Dallas, TX; Dulles, VA; Houston, TX; Las Vegas, NV; Philadelphia, PA; Portland, OR; San Antonio, TX; Tempe, AZ)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $120k -$160k/yr plus bonus

What You'll Do:


  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Stratus across all fabrication operations nationwide

  • Partner with executive leadership and divisional teams to align program objectives with business goals and operational excellence

  • Develop deployment strategies, standardize workflows, and ensure cross-functional integration with design, fabrication, and manufacturing teams

  • Drive change management initiatives, training, and support structures to achieve long-term program success

  • Establish governance, performance metrics, and strategic roadmaps to ensure program scalability and measurable ROI


What Gets You the Job:


  • 10+ years of relevant experience with large-scale technology program management in fabrication and manufacturing environments

  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing Stratus or similar enterprise-level platforms with proven results in operational improvements

  • Strong knowledge of Revit, Fabrication CADmep, BIM workflows, and industrialized construction practices (DfMA)

  • Familiarity with HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical detailing, spooling, and fabrication workflows

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence executive leaders, divisional teams, and shop floor personnel
