Position Title: Java Developer
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Work Authorization: Visa Independent

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using Core Java and Java 8
Develop and integrate applications with AWS services
Build reports and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and cross-functional teams
Ensure software quality, reliability, and adherence to coding standards
Participate in Agile development processes and team discussions
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:
Core Java, Java 8
Amazon QuickSight
AWS Cloud (hands-on)
Strong communication skills

Nice to Have:
Experience with Java frameworks (Spring / Spring Boot)
Experience with REST APIs and backend services
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
