Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • The P2P Functional Consultant will be responsible for managing procurement and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and system standards.
  • The role involves troubleshooting integration issues, maintaining supplier data, and supporting system enhancements within the MM module.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP MM, S/4HANA, and cross-module integrations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier relationships, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contracts, and audit requirements.
  • Resolve payment and procurement-related issues promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between departments including procurement, logistics, and finance.
  • Support process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting activities.
  • Handle integration and IDOC-related issues with external systems.
  • Work on EDI outbound processes and troubleshoot associated issues.
  • Write functional specifications for RICEF objects.
  • Maintain purchasing master data including Supplier Master (MDG), PIR, and Contract.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to procurement KPIs.
Experience:
  • 5 8 years of experience in the SAP MM module, specifically in Purchasing and Invoicing.
  • At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting integration issues with external systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience with IDOC management and EDI outbound processes.
  • Experience writing Functional Specifications for RICEF objects.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing-related tables and data structures.
  • Experience working with Purchasing Master Data (Supplier Master, PIR, Contracts).
  • Good understanding of integration between MM, SD, Logistics, and Accounting modules.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and functional documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
