- Infrastructure fundamentals Understanding of networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), storage, and virtualization.
- Application architecture awareness Familiarity with APIs, databases, middleware, and microservices.
- Security incident handling Exposure to SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk ES, QRadar, Sentinel) and escalation practices.
