Job Details

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, build, and refactor major software components that improve system availability, resilience, and performance. Help build the technology roadmap to balance between delivery and stability. Create plans to close gaps in reliability by building robust reusable patterns for other teams. Evaluate distributed system's best practices, and perform gap analysis with existing system. Participate in deep technical discussions relating to context of the product roadmap and potential risks. Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS. Implement Security best practices and compliance standards within the AWS environment. Optimize cloud cost by utilizing AWS Cost Explorer and FinOps best practices. Build Microservices REST API. Implement event driven architecture to build highly scalable and distributed systems. Implement serverless solutions using relevant technologies. Package application utilizing containerization technology and deploy to Production utilizing CI/CD pipeline for automated build, and test.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
