1. Webex Contact Center:
No explicit mention of Webex Contact Center experience, which is listed as a priority.
Closest related experience is NICE contact center migration, but that s a different platform.
I have a Webex contact center project to implement Ai and will need someone to have Webex contact center certification or experience, preferably both.
2. MS Teams Voice and Zoom:
No mention of experience with Microsoft Teams Voice or Zoom Phone, which are part of the required stack. We are a Webex calling for PSTN calls but for internal and executive board meetings we use zoom conferencing.
3. Soft Skills/Team Leadership:
