Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise network infrastructure across 250+ global locations. This includes hands-on management of switches, routers, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, and F5 Load Balancers. You will also provide Tier 3 support, collaborate with IT peers and end users and partner with key vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable network services.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 support for WAN, LAN, wireless, and related technologies.

Design, configure, and maintain network services to maximize uptime and performance.

Monitor, back up, secure, and document all network services.

Use Cisco Catalyst Center for switch provisioning, patching, wireless health monitoring, and configuration standardization.

Support Cisco ISE for network access control, Radius/TACACS, and guest wireless.

Perform routine maintenance and patching to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure system security.

Develop and test disaster recovery plans for critical network services.

Conduct capacity management to ensure services align with business demands.

Evaluate emerging network technologies to meet evolving business needs.

Resolve escalated tickets assigned to the Network Services team.

Partner with vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 to resolve complex issues.

Manage change requests in ServiceNow, and represent network changes at Global Change Management Advisory Board meetings.

Plan, implement, and validate project work and infrastructure changes.

Maintain and upgrade F5 Load Balancer systems.

Participate in corporate technical working groups as needed.

Ensure compliance with architecture and security standards.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

5–7 years of experience supporting Cisco networking, wireless, and related technologies.

Strong expertise in Cisco wireless networks (priority).

Experience with Cisco Viptela / SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst, and Nexus Switching (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (required).

CCNA certification (required); CCNP certification (preferred).

Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies.

Proficiency with Cisco IOS and related Cisco technologies.
