We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise network infrastructure across 250+ global locations. This includes hands-on management of switches, routers, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, and F5 Load Balancers. You will also provide Tier 3 support, collaborate with IT peers and end users and partner with key vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable network services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 support for WAN, LAN, wireless, and related technologies.

  • Design, configure, and maintain network services to maximize uptime and performance.

  • Monitor, back up, secure, and document all network services.

  • Use Cisco Catalyst Center for switch provisioning, patching, wireless health monitoring, and configuration standardization.

  • Support Cisco ISE for network access control, Radius/TACACS, and guest wireless.

  • Perform routine maintenance and patching to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure system security.

  • Develop and test disaster recovery plans for critical network services.

  • Conduct capacity management to ensure services align with business demands.

  • Evaluate emerging network technologies to meet evolving business needs.

  • Resolve escalated tickets assigned to the Network Services team.

  • Partner with vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 to resolve complex issues.

  • Manage change requests in ServiceNow, and represent network changes at Global Change Management Advisory Board meetings.

  • Plan, implement, and validate project work and infrastructure changes.

  • Maintain and upgrade F5 Load Balancer systems.

  • Participate in corporate technical working groups as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with architecture and security standards.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience supporting Cisco networking, wireless, and related technologies.

  • Strong expertise in Cisco wireless networks (priority).

  • Experience with Cisco Viptela / SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst, and Nexus Switching (preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (required).

  • CCNA certification (required); CCNP certification (preferred).

  • Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies.

  • Proficiency with Cisco IOS and related Cisco technologies.
