We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a fast-paced digital product team within a well-established organization. This role focuses on enhancing user experiences across a range of customer-facing digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and digital marketing to ensure that all user interactions are seamless, intuitive, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize user experiences across various digital touchpoints, with a focus on marketing-driven and content-heavy web environments.
- Lead customer journey mapping workshops to uncover pain points and identify UX improvement opportunities.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs that effectively communicate experience strategies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions.
- Utilize HTML and CSS to support rapid prototyping or fine-tuning front-end design execution.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system to ensure UI consistency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within a digital product or SaaS-like environment.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and customer journey frameworks.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of deliverables from wireframes to high-fidelity visuals.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate better collaboration with development teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to champion user needs.
Bonus Experience:
- Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, or leveraging analytics to inform design decisions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
