  • As an Ironclad CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Application Engineer, your role would focus on the technical implementation and support of the Ironclad platform, ensuring its effective deployment and ongoing functionality within client environments. Here's a detailed job description:
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Technical Implementation**: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the Ironclad platform to meet their needs. Implement customizations, workflows, and integrations according to client specifications.
  • **System Configuration**: Customize and configure the Ironclad platform to align with client-specific contract management processes, templates, and approval workflows. Utilize Ironclad's features and functionalities to optimize contract lifecycle management.
  • **Integration Development**: Develop and implement integrations between Ironclad and other systems within the client's ecosystem, such as CRM, ERP, and document management systems. Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between platforms.
  • **Data Migration**: Assist in the migration of legacy contract data and documents into the Ironclad platform. Develop data migration strategies, scripts, and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer while maintaining data integrity.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the Ironclad implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs identified during testing.
  • **User Training and Support**: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on how to use and administer the Ironclad platform effectively. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Ironclad features.
  • **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**: Create comprehensive documentation including configuration guides, technical specifications, and troubleshooting resources to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance efforts.
  • **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the Ironclad platform. Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, performance enhancement, and process improvement within existing implementations.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with contract management systems or related software applications is preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with API integration techniques and protocols (REST, SOAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
