Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Product Marketing Manager, GTM for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA .
This position is to provide coverage during the existing Document Cloud Enterprise product marketing manager's maternity leave, which is expected to last up to 7 months.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B/enterprise customers, using data and marketing insights to find the best way to optimize business growth. S/he must collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams, demonstrate self-initiative and be highly organized, adeptly manage both strategic initiative and day-to-day operational tasks, and be able to seamlessly prioritize a dynamic workload.

Responsibilities :
  • Analytics skills to track and interpret key performance metrics such as pipeline, coverage, ASV, etc. to assess the health of the business by working with finance, analysts, and sales operations teams worldwide.
  • Prepare sales pipeline information for weekly RTB meetings by working with Sales Operation
  • Lead creation of new offers and SKUs by working with cross-functional teams
  • Lead Enterprise Trial Program
  • Enable field and back office teams for new releases and offers

Required Skills :
  • 5-7 years of product marketing or go-to-market experience, especially in offer and SKU creation/implementation in the enterprise SaaS space.
  • Hands-on ability to lead/manage complex, high-business impact, and cross-functional projects and deliver on time
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization through relationship-building in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills - proven ability to structure complex problems, develop and implement solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - the ability to tell story to obtain consensus to drive tasks/projects
  • Have experience working with field sales
  • Self-starter, independent, proactive, results-oriented, hard worker, a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand, and a sense of humor.
  • Being able to come to the San Jose office twice a week
