Project Manager

Job Description:

Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote

Project Management support is needed for: project management: energy studies, on-site energy manager engagements; stakeholder relationship management; technical review support; and monthly & quarterly reporting.

General Guidance for Expected Years of Experience

• 3-6 years

The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:

• Project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements;
• Support strategic market engagement and partnership development;
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes;
• Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills;
• Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams;
• Must be a high level Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets

Are there any specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful

• *Excellent organizational skills
• *High level Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot tables, graphing, and other advanced formulas and functions.
• *Highly motivated self starter

IT systems that will be used

• NEIS, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Buildings Portal, Tableau

Day to day work will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgets
• Manage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders
• Manage contractors and program support agreements;
• Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants;
• Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs;
• Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Efficiency Planning and Engineering Team
