Project Coordinator (Only local candidates)
Duration: 18 Months Contract
Location: Clayton, NC (Onsite)
Position Description :
Project Coordinator position is for a large Pharmaceutical company in Clayton, NC which is expected to be on-site for a duration of 18 months.
Summary
Project Coordinator for IT Systems is needed to support customer project site expansion in Clayton, NC. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously; projects will vary in complexity levels across business units. This is not a people manager position. The role will report to the IT / Automation
team for ongoing projects. The expectation is that projects will be completed within budget, on time, and within scope.
Quality Control Lab - Projects will range in complexity and cover multiple areas across the site.
Required Skillsets:
* Ideal candidate will be capable of project coordination for facility control systems that interface with IT systems.
* Proven track record of successfully completed projects using project management methodologies.

Duties
* Clear point of contact for each site project track
* Project Coordinator for overseeing IT Systems. Together with the project management team and delivery teams the project coordinator has the day-to-day operational responsibility for managing track activities
* Responsibility for A, B, C systems as assigned
Other Requirements / Comments
* Travel may be needed to ensure project delivery expectations are met.
* Must provide on-time completion of assigned SOPs.
* Implementation of IT / Automation for the specific track
* Ensures compliance with the customer project quality strategy
* Close collaboration with Delivery teams
* Reports status, issues and risks on projects
* Reports to IT / Automation management team for project related matters
* Ensures that the track fulfills its scope and objectives
* Determine and align expectations during the project phases for the implementation
* Continuously be aware of stakeholder's expectations during the project
* Check the achieved result against expectations
* Prepare, monitor and update detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, cost and resources required for track
* Work with project management team to ensure that the work is integrated with the overall project plan
* Ensure that the work is delivered according to the required quality standards and follow the application and infrastructure architecture.
