Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Senior Telecom/Network Engineer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Title: Senior Telecom/Network Engineer
  • Duration: Contract
  • Location: Las Vegas, NV
  • Notes: W2 only, US Citizen, US Permanent Resident only.
  • Local or relocation to Las Vegas, NV, needed.

Job Description

Required Skills and Experience

Expert-level capability is required in all of the following areas.

Extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama

Experience working with Cisco CUBEs

Strong understanding of telephony and VoIP protocols

Strong understanding of TCP/IP (IPv4 and IPv6), routing, and switching using Cisco technologies

Proven hands-on technical implementation skills

Ability to work effectively in a large, fast-paced environment while adhering to formal change-control processes
