Required Skills & Experience
- Strong systems architecture understanding; translate technical info to stakeholders
- Work with multiple technology teams (not deep coding required)
- Experience with JIRA for task entry & test management
- Teams, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
- Operational or loan product experience (M Trade application nice but not required)
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Ability to work with multiple tech teams
- UAT testing
What You Will Be Doing
- Support 6-7 workstreams: wire systems, reconciliations, client onboarding, move money, etc.
- Manage/oversee UAT testing /execute initial tests
- Creating multiple Jira boards for tracking task management
- Document process flows & update older documentation from previous paused projects
- Strong communication skills required (written & verbal)
- Presentations for senior leadership (mostly compiling data, not presenting solo)
