Sr. Project Manager

Essential Functions:

• Contribute to project planning, schedules, and tracking documents for various communication projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely development and delivery of applications and other IT related deliverables 
• Provide and comprehend system, sales and meeting information.
• Provide technical product advice and consultations for the development and implementation of customer solutions.
• Handle IT technical support onsite and/or remote by phone, and by e-mail.
• Support and communicate with third party partners to conduct the projects.
• Identify customer and product needs, and proactively solve customer issues.
• Work with internal teams to provide unified support. Maintain a high-level management of all areas of project management, customer service, technical support, system analysis – development – implementation, sales, training, and general office management including budgeting and financial review.
• Utilize data to help the team drive insights through the creation and maintenance of monthly communications metrics and analysis reports.
• Contribute to project planning, schedules, and tracking documents for various communications projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely production and delivery of communications deliverables.
• Assist across the team as needed with executive level presentations and program level communications.

Competencies:

• Manufacturing or supply chain management experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing Operations Management platform experience a plus.
• Excellent written/verbal business communication skills in English with ability to concisely communicate issues to management, users, and peers.
• Expert team leadership skills – including large/remote teams.
• Excellent project management skills. Ability to follow & enforce established processes and security guidelines and effectively communicate them to users.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with prompt problem resolution, ticket management and follow-up with users.

Required Education and Experience:

• Manufacturing execution system (MES) experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience of project management and project management skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Experience in leading business analytics IT project management, consulting or managed services practices.
• Knowledge and leadership experiences in IT, Telematics, Engineering, and Auto-related advanced technology & business management.
• Experienced in working directly with clients and managing supplier relationships.
• Experienced in working with a large team; with proven ability to follow direction and contribute ideas to achieve team goals.
