- Integration:
Design and build integrations with other enterprise systems using tools like IntegrationHub and APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Documentation:
Create and maintain architectural documentation, such as technical designs, system diagrams, and configuration specifications.
- Platform Health:
Ensure the long-term technical health of the platform by following leading practices for instance strategy, core data, and technical governance.
Key skills and qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and solution architecture.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules (e.g., IT, Employee, Customer, Creator workflows).
