Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data ingestion and conversion processes from diverse sources.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure accurate data mapping.
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality.
- Document schemas and data integration processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data integration workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate data processes.
- Stay current with data engineering best practices and technologies.
- Support data migration projects and assist team members with data-related tasks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of database administration or development experience.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems (MS SQL Server preferred).
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with data admin tools and techniques.
- Experience handling legacy data formats (CSV, TSV, XLS).
- Knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation methods.
- Experience in schema design and data architecture.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
