Position Summary
- The Senior Technical Director provides part-time strategic oversight, subject matter expertise, and senior leadership for the HHS ASFR DIS IV&V contract.
- This position focuses on overall technical direction, program strategy, quality oversight, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Strategic Oversight and Direction.
- Program Strategy.
- Provide strategic oversight for the IV&V program.
- Advise Program Manager on strategy.
- Review and approve program plans.
- Ensure alignment with government objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's or certifications preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10-20 years in IT program management or executive consulting
- Federal Experience: Extensive experience (10+ years) with federal IT programs
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or similar strongly preferred.
