Job Details

Industry leader are looking to hire Sr. Project Managers to manage Fire Alarm & Physical Security System installations. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage enterprise fire alarm & physical security installation projects.

  • Confer with senior management, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

  • Schedule the project in logical steps to budget enough time required to meet deadlines.

  • Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to project locations.

  • Direct and supervise workers including delegating responsibilities to Laborers, Technicians, and Electricians.

  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

  • Interface with engineering team to ensure design efficiency.

  • Interface with internal and external customers.

  • Read blueprints, schematics, and statements of work (SOW).

  • Coordinate with field personnel and/or engineering team to discuss any potential installation issues.

  • Have good working knowledge and experience with Fire Alarm (NICET certified), Access Control and VMS/CCTV systems (Lenel, Software House, S2, Avigilon, Genetec, AMAG, Bosch etc.)
