Job Details

Role: Sr CIAM Architect

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Must Have:

  • Consultant should have Hands on experience on Okta CIS (CIAM) tenant.
  • Consultant should be well-versed with application onboarding (OIDC/SAML) with self registration capabilities.
  • Hands on knowledge on Okta Hooks and Workflows.
  • Hands on knowledge on Okta Customization(custom branding, email templates, Sign-in Widgets).
  • Okta fundamental knowledge around Multifactors, various policies, Org to Org capabilities etc.
  • Experience on leading a technical team.
  • Customer focused with strong communication skills to handle business application teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Okta IAM solutions to support our organization's CIAM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement and configure Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization.
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations with third-party applications using Okta APIs and SDKs.
  • Conduct testing and validation of Okta IAM solutions to ensure they meet the required standards and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support for Okta IAM solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Okta IAM and CIAM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing Okta IAM solutions for CIAM initiatives.
  • Experience with Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization.
  • Strong development skills in languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and web services.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and user management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Okta certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Developer, or Okta Certified Consultant is a plus.
