What will your day look like? As a Scrum Master, you will:

  • Guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex technology solutions across industries, with a focus on platforms such as cloud, microservices, and digital experience systems
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and planning sessions to drive efficiency, collaboration, and transparency across workstreams
  • Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies while helping clients define and measure business outcomes
  • Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, data-driven insights, and stakeholder coaching
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping evolve their agile practices and operating models for long-term impact

You will be a good fit as a Scrum Master if you have:

  • Certifications such as CSM, CPSO, or SAFe (Preferred)
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe), plus awareness of traditional and hybrid delivery methods
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
  • Familiarity with modern digital technologies and delivery models, including CMS platforms, ecommerce, and mobile/web development
  • A background in consulting or digital agency environments supporting enterprise clients
