Title : Sr. Finance Project/Program Manager

Location : 100% Remote (EST Hours)

Duration : 12+ Months Rolling Contract

Only on W2 Contract.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager with a strong background in corporate finance processes and treasury operations. This role will lead multiple finance-related initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful delivery of system enhancements and process improvements.

Required Skills:

Must have excellent Project/Program Management skills, strong knowledge of Treasury operations, financial systems (such as Oracle EBS), IT and Business alignment etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of finance and treasury projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across finance, IT, and business teams; secure buy-in and facilitate decision-making.
  • Multi-Project Management: Manage 3 5 concurrent projects, balancing priorities and maintaining timelines.
  • Treasury Expertise: Apply strong understanding of treasury operations and processes to guide project decisions and integrations.
  • Corporate Finance Focus: Oversee initiatives involving ledgers, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and related financial systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance and governance standards.
  • Systems Understanding: Possess solid knowledge of financial systems functionality and integration within broader business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in project/program management within corporate finance (not banking).
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial systems and treasury operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial systems integration and reporting tools.
