Description
PM 1 Job Description: 1. Manage personnel resources within all internal engineering groups, consultants, and contractors. Work across multiple department lines, identifying resources needed both internally and externally, engaging professional design and engineering services, and general contractors. 2. Develop and maintain project budgets and project schedules to include traditional Gantt charts. Validate project requirements, design documents, prepare and submit capital plan approvals, prepare project bid information. Ensure project documentation is current, accurate, and complete. 3. Support and define project scopes with internal and external customers and oversee and participate in procurement of services and materials. Preferences: 1. Telecom experience: OSP fiber 2. Alaska-based: I need someone that can support efforts with materials in Anchorage occasionally - less than 25% in-person. 3. Logistics and procurement experience: materials coordination, tracking, ordering, logistics planning 4. Support grant project administration: includes supporting the team to gather/assemble documentation to store on our Grant SharePoint site 5. Experienced in MS Project, Teams (MS suite) 6. Potentially manage projects to migrate circuits onto our new fiber transport 7. Nice to have - experience with Service Now application

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
