PART TIME Project Manager

Clover Consulting has a direct in need of a Part Time Project Manager. This part time position requires 20 hours per week. Mostly remote with some time onsite in Ada, MI for important meetings.

• In this role you will support complex programs with sometimes high visibility across the organization.
• These program support the needs of enterprise sustainability and certain key projects for client brand.
• They are programs that ll require involvement from a variety of function groups and global contacts across business units
• This PM contract role is needed to organize the programs and projects under those programs, build out the workstreams, bring clarity, connect all the right people, and keep the work going across those teams for effective and efficient deployments.
• Each area client brand health and wellbeing and enterprise sustainability comes with its unique complexities.
• We need a seasoned PM to step into the complexity with us and help bring organization to the teams and their work.
• This person will help the teams define and solve for business unit and consumer needs that offer meaningful business opportunity to client.
• Your stellar communication skills, organization of well scoped deliverables, sharp trafficking of work and team members, ability to encourage and coordinate cross functional teams, and focus on driving decisions to enable speed to market will be critical to your success.
• Project Managers play a critical role in establishing the tone, culture and values of the team in a way that inspires them and produces results.
• A strong understanding of the direct selling business model, environmental sustainability, and overall brand management will undergird your work on a daily basis and keep you challenged in this role.
