Required Skills: BA with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ETL experience
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within data, analytics, or AI-driven initiatives.
Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL/data pipelines, data warehousing, AI and BI tools.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and data & AI governance practices.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Snowflake, Collibra, and SQL (for data validation preferred). Prior insurance industry experience is a plus
