Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of native Android code using C and ARM assembly
- Contribute to Python-based tooling and automation used in the mobile app development lifecycle
- Participate in reverse engineering tasks, including code analysis and binary inspection
- Work with basic networking concepts for app communication and data flow debugging
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and test low-level system features
- Document technical processes and findings clearly and concisely
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering (or something extremely similar) and 1+ year of experience. The year of experience must be in software development or an extremely related discipline.
- This LCAT also requires 1 year of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development.
- Basic experience in native Android development using C or C++
- Familiarity with ARM assembly language and reverse engineering concepts
- Working knowledge of Python scripting
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to tools like IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar reverse engineering platforms
- Experience with Android NDK development
- Understanding of Android system internals or mobile security principles
