Job Summary:

Workday Payroll Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of Workday payroll modules and their functionalities, with a strong understanding of driver pay-specific requirements.

Workday Extend Implementation:

Experience with designing, developing, and implementing Workday Extend applications to address business needs, particularly in the context of payroll.

Payroll Process Analysis and Improvement:

Ability to analyze and evaluate existing payroll processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions using Workday.

System Configuration and Customization:

Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Workday payroll software to meet specific driver pay requirements and business needs.

Integration Skills:

Knowledge of Workday integrations, including how to connect Workday with other systems and applications (e.g., HR, finance, time management).

Compliance and Regulations:

Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements, particularly those related to driver pay (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act).

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Communication and Collaboration:

Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers.
