Who you are:
As an Engineer II - Windows Server, Storage, & Cloud , you are responsible for planning, designing, provisioning, maintaining, and upgrading physical and virtual Windows servers and related infrastructure across the enterprise. Who you are:
As an Engineer II - Windows Server, Storage, & Cloud , you are responsible for planning, designing, provisioning, maintaining, and upgrading physical and virtual Windows servers and related infrastructure across the enterprise. You'll be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the Windows server team technologies projects including design, implementation, installation, update, and configuration.
What you'll do:
- Plan, design, provision, maintain, and upgrade physical and virtual Windows servers and related infrastructure
- Provide support coverage for escalated Windows server tickets and issues
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Windows server team technologies projects including designs, implementations, installations, updates, and configurations
- Troubleshoot complex Windows server issues and proactively identify issues. Provide root cause analysis, establish return to service, and document resolution strategies
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for Windows Server engineering and administration
- Design and evaluate solutions to enhance Windows servers and related infrastructure across the organization. Make recommendations to management and implement enhancement solutions
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and management to design and implement Windows server infrastructure projects that fulfill line of business needs across the organization
- Perform routine systems conformance and capacity validation and routine system maintenance to ensure that Windows servers are up to date, secure, and in compliance with Frost standards
- Assist other members of the Windows Server team as necessary

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues across interrelated programs and systems and develop the appropriate solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Proven ability to apply engineering principles to effectively resolve moderately complex technical issues within Infrastructure and Operations
- Demonstrated commitment to strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in collaborative project environments
- Knowledge of Infrastructure & Operations platforms such as server, storage, authentication, encryption and/or backups
- Relevant scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell or Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications, such as MCSA, VCP, VCDX, AZ-900, or AZ-305
