About the Role

seeking multiple ServiceNow Developers to support our direct client, a federal contractor. You will join a dedicated team working onsite every day in Baltimore, MD, on a long-term federal program.

Position Levels

Mid-Level: 3 6 years of ServiceNow experience

Senior-Level: 7 10 years of ServiceNow experience

Architect-Level: 10+ years with lead/architect responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.

Support new implementations and enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and security.

Provide technical leadership (for senior/architect levels).
