Job Title: Amazon Connect Architect
Location: REMOTE
Job Type: Long term contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and customer experience strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect Amazon Connect solutions tailored to business needs.
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ticketing systems, and third-party applications.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable contact center solutions.
Implement features such as IVR, chat, call routing, and contact flows.
Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
Provide technical leadership and support during deployment and post-implementation.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with Amazon Connect architecture and deployment.
Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
Experience with contact flow design, IVR, and CTI integrations.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Node.js preferred).
Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-based CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with other contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9) is a plus.
Background in customer experience and contact center operations.
