Job Title: Amazon Connect Architect

Location: REMOTE

Job Type: Long term contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and customer experience strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Amazon Connect solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ticketing systems, and third-party applications.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable contact center solutions.

  • Implement features such as IVR, chat, call routing, and contact flows.

  • Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance.

  • Provide technical leadership and support during deployment and post-implementation.


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with Amazon Connect architecture and deployment.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).

  • Experience with contact flow design, IVR, and CTI integrations.

  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Node.js preferred).

  • Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-based CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

  • Experience with other contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9) is a plus.

  • Background in customer experience and contact center operations.
