We're looking for an experienced Infoblox L3 Engineer to join our team in Quincy/Boston, MA, or Princeton, NJ (Onsite from Day 1).
We are seeking a highly skilled Infoblox L3 Engineer to join our team and support our client in managing and deploying Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions. This role requires expert-level knowledge in Infoblox, along with hands-on experience in lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of network infrastructure devices.
You will work on network configuration, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Infoblox, F5, and NetScaler solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as a proven track record in working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Description:
Managing, design, engineering of DDI solution- Infoblox for customer, IP Address management, DNS management, upgrade and deploy HW and SW for Infoblox.
Proficient in DHCP, DNS and lifecycle management of Infoblox.
Technical Skills:-
1.Primary skill needed is Infoblox at L3/SME level(only).
2.Working knowledge on F5 and Netscaler is an added advantage
3.Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys Infoblox physical/VM appliances & NTP hardware, NetScaler, F5. Troubleshoots DDI/NTP, F5 and NetScaler problems and recommends corrective procedures; assists with troubleshooting Infoblox equipment and all other DDI/NTP issues.
4.Configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
5.Monitoring Netscalers, F5s and Infoblox devices.
6.Work on Incidents, Changes, RITMS etc on SNOW.
SKILL SETS: NON-TECHNICAL
1.Soft Skills: Excellent Written, Verbal and Non-Verbal communication skills. Ability to convince with good conflict and dispute management skills.
2.Ability to review to contractual documents like SOW's, create documentation [Runbooks and SOP's], create Network Schema, PPT for reviews and generate various reports for reactive, proactive, and predictive analysis.
3.Ability to quickly learn new, unfamiliar and emerging technologies. Should also have ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
4.Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of customer and HCL Organization. Should be a self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
5.Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be flexible and dependable, as necessary.
